Certification Details BLS - Basic Life Support ARRT National Radiology Lic Oregon Board of Medical Imaging (OBMI) State licensure required Job Details Radiation Oncology Therapist 4-10 hour days 7am-5 : 30pm OR 5-8 hour days 6am-2 : 30pm or 11am-7 : 30pm, depending on patient census M-F 26-week contract ASAP start No call required Job Requirements Minimum of one (1) year Radiation Therapy experience Successful completion of a Radiation Therapy program required ARRT National Radiology Lic Oregon Board of Medical Imaging (OBMI) State licensure required Basic Life Support Schedule Information 4-10 hour days 7am-5 : 30pm OR 5-8 hour days 6am-2 : 30pm or 11am-7 : 30pm, depending on patient census M-F 26-week contract Unit Specific Information Basic operations of Linear Accelerators; Varian Truebeam, Trilogy, Acuity, and GE Lightspeed CT preferred. SBRT, SRS, and Breathhold Visual Management. Additional Details Clear copy of drivers license required. If drivers license is unavailable, a passport or state ID can be used in its place. Name change / Discrepancy : As long as the proof of name change is on file and name change is in process on the license, then current docs are acceptable as placeholders. Required for non-licensed providers, PCA (Personal Care Attendants), PCT (Patient Care Tech)’s. Not Required for : Monitor Techs. High School or GED is preferred, vocational would work as well.
