PURPOSE
To improve student achievement by performing a variety of skilled work in the maintenance, construction and repair of buildings, grounds, and equipment.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Inspection, maintenance and repair of telescoping bleachers, basketball backstops, gym curtains and other gym equipment
- Maintenance and repairs of folding walls, student lockers, cafeteria tables and auditorium seating.
- Inspection, maintenance and repair of smoke vents and fire curtains.
- Metal fabrication and welding for all areas within the maintenance department.
- Coordination of contracted work as needed.
