We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Associate / Cashier. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring a positive shopping experience. Duties:
- Greet customers and assist them with their inquiries
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
- Assist customers in finding the products they are looking for
- Maintain a clean and organized cashier station
- Stock shelves and ensure products are properly displayed
- Handle customer complaints or concerns with professionalism and empathy
- Provide support to other departments as needed
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or retail is preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers
