- Experience working with children ages 6 weeks-3 yrs

- Are proactive problem-solvers, care for the environment, and build relationships
- Have keen awareness and observation skills
- Communicate articulately, respectfully, and constructively
- Establish and enforce rules and boundaries of behavior for children in their classrooms. We have a very structured classroom environment
- Able to maintain professional standards with children, colleagues, and parents
- Will learn and utilize the Montessori method to guide children, use resources, and explore during learning and play activities
- Monday-Friday
- Up to 25 hrs per week
- Ability to be on your feet
- Ability to lift and move
- Ability to conduct chores apart from childcare (cleaning, etc.)
- Willingness to engage with young children and other staff members
- Ages 18 or older
- High School Diploma or GED
- CPR and First Aid Certified or willing to be certified
- Experience with children (preferred but not required)
