Job Summary:

The Finance Manager assists the CFO in overseeing the financial department of SRC. This position oversees the admin assistant to help drive the financial department. The Finance Manager also partners with the CEO and other leadership team members in financial planning for SRC.

Duties/Responsibilities:

· Gather and analyze data as needed to monitor and improve the current and future financial status of the finance department.

· Review financial reporting structures, accounting procedures, and investment activities; recommend improvements to procedural, operational, and financial controls.

· Draft operational and risk reports for management analysis.

· Manage the flow of cash and financial instruments.

· Develop and oversee procedures to safeguard assets, records, and loan collateral and securities.

· Review, assess, and oversee loan applications. Facilitate the approval and rejection of personal and commercial credit and loans.

· Review collection reports to determine the status and outstanding amounts of collections; refer delinquent accounts to appropriate agencies or attorneys.

· Prepare and present financial and other related reports as required by company policy, local, state, and/or federal laws and regulations.

· Participate in networking events and opportunities to locate and recruit new business.

· Establish and maintain relationship with customers and clients, assisting them when needed.

· Gather, prepare, and provide financial information to stockholders and other investors; assist with efforts to raise additional capital.

· Promote and maintain the highest standards of courtesy and professionalism to patients and referring physicians.

· Function as a contributing member in a team environment treating co-workers with courtesy, professionalism and respect.

· Maintain strictest confidentiality. Perform duties in manner that protects the privacy of patient’s medical information.

· Responsible for coordinating, initiating and renewing radiologist privileges with hospital and health insurance networks.

· Prepare, analyze, present and maintain monthly financial statements to the CFO and the Radiologists as requested. Responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the financial statements and making adjustment to any identified discrepancies.

· Compile monthly data and report on key financial indicators. Monitor financial performance and key financial indicators to ensure the financial health of the organization, alerting the CFO to any occurrences or deviations that may adversely impact the organization.

· Work with the CFO in forecasting, preparing and monitoring budgets and financial statements.

· Provide oversight for patient account receivables, general accounting and cash management functions. Work closely with outside accounting firm(s) regarding annual audits, tax filings, pension contribution determinations and special purpose statements of assets and liabilities for new shareholder admission.

· Maintain an accounting of major fixed assets such as equipment including depreciation schedules.

· Perform or provide oversight for bank reconciliation for all accounts and records daily deposit activity.

· Oversee and coordinate payroll functions and related reporting.

· Process employee time sheets and checks for accuracy, clarifying inconsistencies with supervisors.

· Maintain payroll reports, analyze and report unusual payroll trends to the CFO.

· Generate checks ensuring the integrity and validity of electronic accounts payable database. Audit invoices for appropriateness prior to processing.

· Assist the CFO in developing and implementing the organization’s strategic, marketing and business development plans.

· Routinely collect data, prepare reports, and analyze statistics as requested by the CFO.

· Assist in maintaining compliance with governmental regulations and industry accreditation requirements.

· Enhance operational effectiveness by monitoring activities to ensure cost-effective and high quality patient care.

· Perform other related duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:

· Thorough understanding of the laws, regulations, and policies that govern the financial and banking industry.

· Ability to review and analyze financial documents and reports and to identify trends, risks, weaknesses, and other pertinent information.

· Excellent management skills.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· Ability to use sound judgment to make decisions in line with company goals.

· Ability to work independently.

· High attention to detail and organizational skills.

Education and Experience:

· Bachelor’s degree with coursework in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration required; Master’s degree in a related field preferred.

· At least five years of relevant work experience required.

Physical Requirements:

· Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

· Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.

· May be required to travel on occasion.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $93,600.00 - $125,248.73 per year
