What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bartender position at Salem Red Sox - Oak View Group?
QUALIFICATIONS:
· Must be at least 21 years old.
· Previous bartending experience is required.
· Must be able to work flexible work schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Must be available to report to work by 5:00 PM Tuesdays-Saturdays, and 11AM on Sundays.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Adhere to applicable liquor regulations, including those pertaining to serving alcoholic beverages to minors and intoxicated guests.
· Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner, take orders, and prepare alcoholic beverages in a fast-paced environment.
· Accurately account for all inventory and payment transactions.
· Demonstrate spectacular customer service.
· Set up assigned bar; stock all beer, wine, liquor, paper products, produce, and ice; prepare all garnishes.
· Perform other opening, closing, and side-work duties as required and requested.
