Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Concession Stand Workers. In this role, you will be the face of our concession stand, providing excellent customer service while preparing and serving food and beverages. You will play a vital role in enhancing the experience of our guests by ensuring that they receive high-quality products in a friendly and efficient manner.
Description: The Concessions Stand Manager oversees the operation of an assigned concessions stand, ensuring a smooth and efficient gameday experience. Responsibilities include supervising staff, managing inventory, preparing reports, handling escalated customer issues, and maintaining cleanliness and food safety standards. Strong leadership and organizational skills are required. Previous food service or management experience preferred.
Responsibilities:
-Assist in training, managing, and motivating food & beverage team members and non-profit volunteers.
· Manage the in-game operations of a specific concessions stand; establish and maintain a commitment to a high standard of service in every aspect of the stand’s operation.
· Understand and ensure complete adherence to applicable liquor regulations, including those pertaining to serving alcoholic beverages to minors and intoxicated guests.
· Understand and ensure complete adherence to standard operating, sanitation, and food safety procedures.
· Perform other opening, closing, and side-work duties as required and requested.
