What are the responsibilities and job description for the Picnic Attendant position at Salem Red Sox - Oak View Group?
QUALIFICATIONS:
· Must be at least 16 years old.
· No experience needed!
· Ability to prioritize in a high stress, fast-paced environment.
· Strong leadership skills; self-motivated; able to work independently.
· Excellent communication skills and ability to work efficiently with a variety of personalities.
· Must be able to work flexible work schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Must be available to report to work by 4:30 PM on weekdays and 1:30 PM weekends.
· Ability to lift 25 lbs., work on your feet, and put in a lot of steps.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Set up, monitor, and break down picnic areas for private events in a timely manner, with a high attention to detail.
· Replenish assigned buffet lines if needed; maintain neat, organized, and attractive service area.
· Perform other opening, closing, and side-work duties as required and requested
