What are the responsibilities and job description for the Suite Server position at Salem Red Sox - Oak View Group?
QUALIFICATIONS:
Must be available for most, if not all, 66 home games from April - September.
· Must be at least 18 years old.
· At least 1 year of serving experience is preferred.
· Ability to multitask and prioritize in a high stress, fast-paced environment while maintaining a pleasant and polite demeanor.
· Excellent communication skills and ability to work efficiently with a variety of personalities.
· Must be able to work flexible work schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Must be available to report to work by 4:00 PM Tuesday-Saturday, and 10am on Sundays.
· Ability to lift 25 lbs., work on your feet, and put in a lot of steps.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
· As part of the suites team, set up, serve, and break down all suites.
· Take suite guests’ orders in a timely manner
· Accurately account for all payment transactions.
