Position: Full Time Mechanical Maintenance Technician
Department: Plant Operations
Shift: 0700-1530 M-F
PURPOSE
The primary purpose of your job as a Maintenance Technician is to implement designed programs to maintain buildings, grounds, and equipment; direct involvement with repairs, reconstruction, construction of the Hospital's physical plant and its contents; control and implementation of the preventive maintenance system to provide uninterrupted service to patients, and to assure safe conditions of employment for all staff members. The above will be accomplished in accordance with established Hospital policies and procedures as per the Department Director.
QUALIFICATIONS
- High School diploma required and trade school training desirable.
- Strong background in mechanical, electrical and plant maintenance required.
- Must have three to five years experience in institutional, commercial or industrial maintenance.
- Universal EPA Refrigerant Recovery Certification
