- A high school diploma required; technical or vocational training as a Clinical Medical Assistant and Phlebotomy required; certification preferred.
- A minimum of one year experience preferred; experience performing prior authorizations.
- Reading and understanding of moderately complex or detailed documents containing some unusual words and phrases.
- Arithmetic ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide whole numbers.
- Clinical skills related to patient intake, injections, phlebotomy, CLIA testing, and other clinical medical assistant duties.
