1. Minimum of High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to communicate with and supervise students
- Experience with children
- Strong computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), Google applications, and database systems
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Detail oriented and ability to multitask
- Strong customer service and communication skills
REPORTS TO: Dean of Students
JOB GOAL: Support offices while maintaining a safe and orderly school environment in the cafeteria, hallways, and parking lots.
PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Parking Lots: Supervise arrival of students in the parking lot and check for permits throughout the school day. Report any violations to the Dean of Student overseeing parking. Issue parking permits as needed.
- Office: Perform general office tasks including, but not limited to, attendance calls, mail delivery, and other tasks assigned by supervisor.
- Cafeteria: General supervision of the cafeteria and adjacent bathrooms and hallways.
- Hall/Bathroom: Supervise hallways and bathrooms during passing time between blocks and during instructional time.
- Safety: Monitor all exterior doors by ensuring they remain closed and locked during the school day. Report any concerns to the Dean of Student overseeing facilities.
- Other duties as assigned by the Supervisor.
2024-2025 SALARY: $17.61/hour
WORK DAY: Hours are 7:00am-1:00pm (5.5 hours/day, 5 days/week) - 183 work days
EVALUATION: Performance to be evaluated no less than annually by the Dean of Students.
