Responsibilities:
- Supervise Facilities' daily maintenance functions
- Ensure equipment and utilities are maintained in good working order and facility grounds are properly maintained
- Maintain required records, manage budgets and supplies
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience in maintenance for a healthcare facility, preferred
- Able to respond to emergencies and be on-call
- Good Working knowledge of State Rules/Regulations
- Positive Can-Do Attitude
- Excellent Attendance
