Duties And Responsibilities
- Be accountable for instruction, supervision, and evaluation of student competencies of a diverse student population in the classroom.
- Develop and maintain competence appropriate to teaching responsibilities including, but not limited to orientation and mentoring to the nurse educator role.
- Participation in professional development in nursing education such as certification, and continuing education.
- Collaborate with faculty, staff, and program administrator to support policies and objectives of the program and on all applicable components of the systematic evaluation plan.
Required Qualifications:
- Hold a current unencumbered Massachusetts Registered Nurse license.
- Graduate degree in nursing. Minimum of two years of full-time experience in nursing practice within the last five years. Evidence of clinical competency in clinical instruction.
- Hold a current unencumbered Massachusetts Registered Nurse license.
- Baccalaureate degree in nursing and meet at least one of the following criteria
- Matriculation in a graduate nursing program with expected graduation date within five years of the date of appointment.
- Possess a related non-nursing graduate degree.
- Possess a current Nurse Education Certification recognized by a Massachusetts Board certified organization.

- Please apply online and attach curriculum vitae and send in official transcripts. Adjunct positions are temporary for one semester only, with a possibility for re-hire. All candidates must have legal authorization to work in the United States.
- Adjunct positions are not eligible for H1B Visa sponsorship.
