Office Nurse
The Office Nurse coordinates and organizes clinical activities, using initiative and independent judgment to manage patient intake and assessment.
Responsibilities include providing direct care to patients, assisting providers with examinations and procedures, and educating patients on health topics while maintaining accurate records.
This role requires previous office nurse experience and a valid LPN license. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, able to work independently, and possesses excellent communication skills.
Schedule: Full-time days, Monday through Friday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm

Requirements
- Graduation from a school of nursing
- Current licensure with the Illinois Department of Professional Regulations
- Current in CPR
