What are the responsibilities and job description for the Kennel Technician/Bather position at Salem Veterinary Hospital?
Kennel attendant is responsible for maintaining the care of boarded pets including cleaning cages, bathing, administering meds and working with the veterinary team to care for the animals. This position will also include consistent cleaning duties around the clinic such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, laundry, etc. This position is intended to be scheduled 5-7 days per week. The schedule will look approximately as follows.
M-F 7:30-9:30 approximately
Sa & Su 7:30-8:30, 2:00-3:00, 7:30-8:30 approximately
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $12.50 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 11 – 20 per week
