Salemtowne is seeking a full-time Chief Financial Officer to provide executive financial leadership to the organization. Reporting to the President and CEO, the CFO will serve as a key strategic partner in optimizing Salemtowne’s financial soundness for its continued success and future growth. An outstanding communicator and participatory leader, the CFO will have a proven track record in successful financial oversight of an organization using accepted accounting principles, financial management techniques and practices. The CFO will foster collaboration across multiple constituencies, support and mentor finance and operations team members, and embrace Salemtowne’s values.
