How YOU will Add Value:
The Director of Home Care directs and administers a home care program to provide high-quality healthcare services. Plans and coordinates all activities which may include nursing services, therapy, social work, respite care, and home helpers.

Requirements for a Vice President of Development with Salemtowne:
- A Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts degree in Healthcare Management/Nursing is preferred.
- Registered Nursing (RN) license in good standing with NC Board of Nursing preferred.
- Three (3) to five (5) years in healthcare, preferably in-home care.
- Two (2) to three (3) years management experience.
- Meets criteria and is eligible to be an Administrator of Home Care.
- Adept at building relationships, liaising with multiple stakeholders, and thriving in matrix environments.
