How YOU will Add Value:
The Floor Technician ensures facility safety, sanitation, and appearance by maintaining Salemtowne’s floors according to set schedules; contributes to resident satisfaction and inter-departmental teamwork by setting up, breaking down, and moving furniture/furnishings as needed.

Requirements for a Floor Technician with Salemtowne:
- High school graduate or GED.
- A minimum of six (6) months of general facility housekeeping with specific training in floor care equipment and procedures.
- Valid NC driver’s license required.
- Excellent driving record (7-year motor vehicle report will be reviewed).
