The Maintenance Technician maintains the building environment and accessibility by maintaining buildings, equipment, heating, cooling, electrical, and plumbing systems for improved customer service.

Requirements for a Welcome Center Attendant with Salemtowne:
- High school diploma or GED with vocational and technical training in electrical maintenance.
- One (1) to two (2) years experience in general facility maintenance.
