Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally
- Make outbound calls to follow up with customers or provide product/service information
- Resolve customer issues, complaints, and concerns efficiently
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions in the company database
- Meet daily and weekly call quotas and performance targets
- Provide detailed information about company products, services, and promotions
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in customer service is a plus
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role preferred
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer proficiency and data entry skills
