Call Center Customer Service Agent

Sales Bizlab is looking for a customer service representative to join our team in our Orlando office. This person will drive customer satisfaction by fielding inquiries, addressing pain points and maintaining extensive product knowledge.

Monday to Friday

Weekends free

Pay Range:

$19.50 - $31.00 hourly

Location: Orlando, FL

THIS WILL BE AN ON-SITE JOB

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely manner
• Resolve customer complaints and concerns with empathy and professionalism
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies
• Document customer interactions and maintain updated customer accounts in the system
• Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and resolution of issues
  
  

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; college education preferred
• Proven experience in customer service or call center environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and customer-oriented mindset
• Ability to handle stress and maintain composure in challenging situations
• Familiarity with CRM systems and basic computer applications
