Pay Range:

$17.50 - $28.00 hourly

THIS WILL BE AN ON-SITE JOB

Location: New Jersey

Responsibilities: 

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our database.
• Provide information about products and services, guiding customers in their purchasing decisions.
• Identify and escalate priority issues to supervisors as needed to ensure swift resolution.
• Participate in training sessions to improve product knowledge and customer service skills.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; prior experience in customer service or call center preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to think on your feet.
• Proficiency in using computers and navigating multiple software applications efficiently.
• Ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism and a positive attitude.
• Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
