Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies
- Resolve customer concerns and escalate complex issues when necessary
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
- Process orders, payments, and service requests as needed
- Follow company scripts and guidelines to ensure consistency in customer interactions
- Meet performance goals, including call handling time and customer satisfaction metrics
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree is a plus
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role preferred
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
