SalesBizLab We are is seeking a Call Center Representative to handle inbound and outbound calls, assist customers with inquiries, and provide excellent service. This is an entry-level position with full training provided.

Pay Range:
$17.50 - $28.00 hourly

Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional manner.
- Make outbound calls to follow up with clients or assist with service-related matters.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
- Resolve customer concerns efficiently and escalate issues when necessary.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Meet daily and weekly performance goals, including call volume and customer satisfaction targets.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education is a plus.
- Strong communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
