Communications Coordinator

Sales Bizlab We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Communications Coordinator to join our growing team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing communication strategies that align with our organization's goals and objectives. This position calls for a passionate individual who possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills, and a strong understanding of various communication channels including social media, email, and public relations.

Pay Range:

$25.50 - $34.00 hourly

Location: Pittsburgh, PA

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive communication strategies to enhance organizational visibility
• Draft, edit, and distribute various communication materials, including press releases, newsletters, and social media content
• Manage the organization's social media presence, creating engaging content and responding to audience inquiries
• Coordinate and promote events and initiatives to maximize community engagement and participation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging across all communication channels
• Monitor media coverage and prepare reports to evaluate the impact of communication efforts
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in communications, public relations, or a similar capacity
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail
• Proficiency in social media platforms, analytics tools, and content management systems
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
