- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat promptly and professionally
- Resolve customer complaints and issues with patience, empathy, and understanding

- Maintain and update customer records in the database efficiently and accurately
- Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate departments when necessary

- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or higher preferred
- Proven experience in a customer service role or similar capacity
