Data Entry Clerk

SalesBizLab We areis seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Clerk to join our team. The primary role will be to input, maintain, and update various types of data in our systems. Pay Range:

$17.50 - $28.00 hourly

THIS WILL BE AN ON-SITE JOB

Location: New Jersey

Responsibilities: 

• Enter, update, and maintain customer information in company databases with a high level of accuracy.
• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, providing timely and professional assistance.
• Address customer complaints or issues and escalate them when necessary to the appropriate departments.
• Process customer orders, returns, and adjustments in the system.
• Assist with data management tasks, ensuring records are kept up-to-date.
• Collaborate with team members to improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
• Review data for discrepancies and correct any inaccuracies.
• Generate reports as needed to track customer interactions and data trends.
• Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns are resolved satisfactorily.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in data management is a plus.
• Proven experience in a data entry or similar role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication skills.
