In this role, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of event planning and execution. As an Entry Level Events Assistant, you will support the planning and coordination of a wide range of events, from corporate meetings and conferences to social gatherings and promotional events. You will work closely with experienced event planners and vendors, assisting with logistics, communication, and on-site operations.

$21.50 - $28.00 per hour

Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning and execution of various events
- Coordinate logistics such as venue selection, catering, and transportation
- Help maintain event budgets and track expenses
- Communicate with vendors and suppliers to secure necessary services
- Prepare event materials like name tags, program brochures, and signage
- Support on-site event operations, including setup and breakdown
Qualifications:
- Strong interest in event planning and management
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Previous internship or volunteer experience in events is a plus
