Entry Level Customer Service Assistant

SalesBizLab We are looking for an enthusiastic Entry Level Customer Service Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support to enhance their experience with our brand. As an Entry Level Customer Service Assistant, you will handle inquiries, resolve complaints, and guide customers through our comprehensive product offerings.

Monday to Friday

Weekends free

Pay Range:

$17.50 - $28.00 hourly

THIS WILL BE AN ON-SITE JOB

Location: New Jersey

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers via phone, email, and in-person with inquiries and requests
• Resolve customer complaints and issues with professionalism and empathy
• Provide information about products and services to customers
• Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records
• Collaborate with team members to improve service processes and customer satisfaction
• Follow up with customers to ensure their needs have been met and they are satisfied with solutions provided
  
  

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
