We are is looking for a dedicated Entry Level Customer Service Assistant to provide outstanding support to clients and customers. This role involves handling inquiries, assisting with customer needs, and ensuring a positive experience for all clients. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, communicative, and eager to develop their customer service skills.
Job : Full time
Pay Range : $950 - $1200 weekly
Responsibilities :
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Assist customers with product or service information, orders, and issue resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Process customer requests and ensure prompt follow-ups.
- Work closely with internal teams to relay customer feedback and improve service quality.
- Provide general administrative support to the customer service department.
- Uphold company values by delivering exceptional service and maintaining professionalism.
