Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers with inquiries and service requests.
- Respond to customer questions and concerns via phone, email, and in person.
- Provide detailed product and service information to customers.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their needs are met.
- Assist with administrative tasks and support team projects as needed.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, email).
