Pay Range:
$17.50 - $28.00 hourly
THIS WILL BE AN ON-SITE JOB
Location: Dallas,TX
Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize the executive’s calendar, including scheduling meetings and appointments.
- Handle incoming communications, including phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation as needed.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation.
- Manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Assist with personal errands and tasks as requested.
- Monitor and organize office supplies and maintain office organization.
- Liaise with internal teams and external contacts to support business activities.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Attention to detail and a high level of confidentiality.
- Positive attitude and professional demeanor.
