We are is looking for a Marketing Communications Assistant to support our marketing and communications efforts. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and has strong written communication skills. As part of the marketing team, you will assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to promote the company's products and services.

$25.50 - $34.50 hourly
THIS WILL BE AN ON-SITE JOB
Location: Charlotte, NC
Responsibilities
- Assist in creating marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and product information sheets.
- Help develop and maintain consistent messaging across all marketing channels.
- Draft, proofread, and edit internal and external communications for clarity and consistency.
- Support the coordination of marketing campaigns and events.
- Help manage communications between the marketing team and other departments within the company.
- Assist with the creation and distribution of press releases and other company announcements.
- Track and report on the effectiveness of marketing communication campaigns.
- Assist with preparing reports and presentations on marketing initiatives.
- Organize and maintain marketing files and materials for easy access.
Requirements
- High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- Previous experience in a marketing or communications role is a plus, but not required.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
