$25.50 - $34.00 hourly

Responsibilities
- Greet clients and visitors in a professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls and inquiries to appropriate personnel
- Manage the scheduling of appointments and meeting rooms
- Maintain the reception area and ensure it is tidy and welcoming
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Perform data entry tasks and maintain accurate records
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications are a plus
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and office equipment
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
