Job Description
Benefits Manager demonstrates strong consulting skills and deep plan knowledge (including regulatory compliance). The BSM is the main contact point for our managers with respect to ongoing requirements definition, projects and service delivery. The BSM is responsible for the organizations employee satisfaction with the benefits offering and integration with system development team for Health and Welfare.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Subject matter expert for Benefits plans and options
- Ensure all plan documentation is easily accessible to the employee base
- Serve as primary resource to shared services personnel
- Manage on going annual enrollment
Qualifications
- Ability to define problems, collect data and facts to draw conclusions
- Bachelors degree or work related experience equivalent
- Intermediate regulatory compliance knowledge
- Strong service background
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast paced environment
