About the Outside Sales Representative:
The Outside Sales Manager is a dynamic and results-driven professional responsible for driving sales growth outside the typical office environment. The Manager is a Selling Manager, while also leading a team of Sales Representatives. Responsibilities include:
- Providing customer service: Responding to customer needs and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Communicating with customers: Educate potential customers to better understand the services which HomeWater can provide to home owners
- Building relationships: Developing and maintaining customer relationships to increase retention and satisfaction
- Identifying prospects: Traveling within an assigned territory to acquire new customers, capturing relevant customer information and imputing into a CRM
- Drive Growth and Sales: meet and exceed monthly sales goals to earn uncapped commission
- Motivating and Developing: Creating a positive and supportive sales culture to encourage high performance and employee engagement
- Coaching and Mentoring: Providing individual feedback and coaching to help sales representatives overcome challenges and improve their sales techniques.
This is a full-time, face-to-face, D2D sales manager position offering base pay and uncapped commission.

- Outside Sales Management experience preferred
- Leadership skills: Ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve goals
- Travel and complete routes within a territory
- Ability to coach and develop sales reps of multiple sales backgrounds
- A "Boots on the Ground" approach, leading a team of reps in the field to build sales
- Full-time – 8 hours a day
- Ideal schedule is Tuesday to Saturday, but can be flexible
- Typical shift would be between 8A and 6P
