Key Responsibilities
Sales Growth and Client Acquisition: To boost the use of Amazon Key for Business, find and bring on new customers, such as property managers and multi-family unit owners. Create and implement plans to reach or surpass quarterly sales goals.
Client relationship management: To guarantee client happiness and loyalty, cultivate and preserve solid ties with current clients. operate as the main point of contact for support and questions from customers.
Needs Analysis and Solution Design: Work with customers to comprehend their requirements for access control and delivery. Create specialized solutions that incorporate Amazon Key for Business into their current workflows and systems.
Oversee the complete sales cycle, from the first discovery to the negotiation and setup of Amazon Key for Business solutions.
