With an emphasis on apartment buildings, condominiums, gated communities, and retirement/senior communities, the solution is promoted and put into practice throughout the United States.
The target market for this B2B, 1099 sales position is businesses, condominiums, and apartment complexes.
Duties
Make a lot of sales calls every day.
Capacity to network, find decision makers, and oversee the sales process
Establish and preserve a good rapport with potential customers over the phone.
Make a compelling presentation both in person and over the phone.
The capacity to plan your workday and manage your time effectively
Maintain a record of every interaction and update opportunities in CRM.
Follow up with prospective clients on a regular basis to finalize agreements.
Meet and surpass monthly sales targets with consistency.
Effectively communicate with leaders at all levels.
Skills and Qualifications
Sales Experience: While not necessary, sales experience is encouraged.
Communication Skills: Proficient in both negotiation and communication.
Client management: The capacity to successfully oversee client interactions.
