Role Description
This is a remote contract role for an inbound salesperson at Sales Genius Coaching. The inbound salesperson will be responsible for managing high-value customer interactions, negotiating and closing deals, ensuring the accuracy and completion of escrow processes, and providing excellent customer service. Daily tasks include communicating with potential clients, managing deal pipelines, and achieving closure targets. You will be in sales meetings throughout the day and successfully closing clients over a video call. Previous experience is good but not required as this is an entirely different sale than most reps have experience with.
We are a growing sales agency that provides a B2B service called SalesGenius360. This product is a training program for sales teams, with our founder leading the coaching. We also have leads for our B2C side, consumers looking for the exact training outside of a B2B setting. It focuses on actionable advice for sellers to implement with 1:1 coaching. If you have experience selling coaching programs, we want to hear from you!
You will be at the forefront of communication, customer service, escrow, and the successful closing of inbound leads.
Qualifications:
Strong communication skills
Experience in dealing with high-value closings and deal closure
Proficient in managing escrow processes
Excellent customer service skills
Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment
Previous sales experience in a high-ticket environment is a plus
Ability to build rapport and trust with clients
Salary : $100,000 - $200,000
