As they continue to grow, they are seeking a Sales Development Representative to drive new business and expand relationships with existing clients. What You’ll Do

  • Prospect & Engage : Identify and connect with potential clients while maintaining relationships with existing customers.
  • Sales Outreach : Confidently pick up the phone, send compelling emails, and schedule both in-person and virtual meetings.
  • Expand Accounts : Work cross-functionally to develop customized solutions that exceed client expectations.
  • Build Trust & Value : Position our client’s services as the go-to solution for facility needs.
  • Account Management : Ensure long-term customer retention by providing excellent service and proactive follow-up.
  • Leverage Customer Success : Utilize satisfied clients to drive referrals and repeat business.
  • Be a Brand Ambassador : Represent the company at trade organizations, industry events, and networking opportunities.
  • Exceed Sales Targets : Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual goals.

Who You Are

  • Experienced in B2B Sales : 3-5 years of business-to-business sales experience required.
  • Confident & Engaging : You enjoy talking to new people, understanding their needs, and crafting solutions.
  • Relationship-Driven : You excel at building and maintaining strong client partnerships.
  • Self-Motivated & Results-Oriented : You thrive on closing deals and driving revenue.
  • Persistent & Tenacious : You embrace challenges, overcome objections, and never stop pursuing success.
  • Strong Negotiator : You’re skilled at handling objections, structuring deals, and closing contracts.
  • Tech-Savvy : Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking software is a plus.
  • Facilities Management Experience Preferred : Industry exposure is beneficial but not required.
