Key Responsibilities
- Sales Coordination: Assist the sales team with lead qualification, customer follow-ups, and sales tracking.
- Customer Engagement: Communicate with clients via phone and email to gather information, schedule meetings, and provide support.
- Proposal & Documentation Management: Prepare presentations, estimates, and sales contracts to support business development efforts.
- CRM & Data Entry: Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and sales activity within the company's CRM system.
- Market Research: Identify potential clients and support the sales team in developing new opportunities.
- Project Support: Work closely with project management and customer service teams to ensure seamless execution of contracts and high client satisfaction.
