You'll work remotely from anywhere in the U.S., engaging with clients to provide top-tier support, address inquiries, and collaborate with internal teams to improve service delivery.
Key Responsibilities :
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and feedback.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to enhance satisfaction and retention.
- Communicate with clients via phone, email, and video calls to address their needs.
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, marketing, and support) to resolve client issues.
- Track client interactions, requests, and resolutions using CRM software.
- Identify opportunities for upselling or additional services based on client needs.
