Required Qualifications:

• 1 years of experience in customer service, call center support, or a similar role.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and provide a great customer experience.
• Comfortable working in a remote environment with minimal supervision.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk, HubSpot).
• Prior experience in remote customer support or call center environments.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus.
