Key Responsibilities :

  • Support day-to-day operations by ensuring efficient workflow management .
  • Assist in optimizing customer support processes, tools, and reporting .
  • Track and analyze performance metrics to improve service quality.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify bottlenecks and process improvements .
  • Manage and maintain support documentation, training materials, and knowledge bases .
  • Ensure proper use of CRM and support software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk, HubSpot) .

Required Qualifications :

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associates or bachelors degree preferred.
  • 1 years of experience in support operations, customer service, or process optimization .
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote operations environment .
  • Experience using CRM, ticketing systems, or customer support software .

  • Knowledge of data analysis, reporting tools, and workflow automation .
  • Background in SaaS, e-commerce, or customer support operations .
  • Experience with KPI tracking and performance optimization strategies .

    • Compensation & Benefits :

  • Salary : $55,000 - $80,000 per year (based on experience).
