National Account Manger

We are seeking a dynamic and seasoned Account Executive with over five years of robust outside sales experience. Their offerings include various types of baling wire, such as box wire, stand wire, bale ties, and carrier wire. These essential tools are expertly designed to securely bundle and hold together materials like cardboard, paper, plastic, aluminum, and textiles, ensuring efficiency and reliability in the recycling process. Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic account plans to meet sales targets.
• Conducted business reviews and maintained communication with decision-makers.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations to create a seamless customer experience.
• Identify new business opportunities and generate leads within existing accounts.
• Provide market insights and competitor analysis.
• Negotiate contracts and secure long-term agreements.
• Report on sales activities, forecasts, and market trends.
• Attend trade shows and networking events to promote services.

Required Skills:

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• At least 5 years of sales or account management experience in industrial or manufacturing sectors, mainly selling baling products.
• Sales focus: 70% new business, 30% existing customer maintenance.
• Proven track record in managing large accounts and achieving targets.
• Strong understanding of industrial markets and products.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
