The Role :
As an Account Executive, you'll be at the forefront of driving new business and expanding client relationships in the life sciences space. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a high-energy, growth-focused environment and isn't afraid to pick up the phone, hunt for new opportunities, and close deals.
Prospect & build relationships with hiring managers and decision-makers at biotech, pharma, and med device companies
Develop a book of business by identifying and securing staffing partnerships in manufacturing, quality assurance, regulatory affairs, and validation
Work closely with recruiters to align talent solutions with client needs
Negotiate contracts & close deals while providing best-in-class service to clients
Who You Are :
You’re an ambitious, early-career sales professional ready to take your B2B experience to the next level. You have :
- 1-3 years of business development experience (any B2B industry)
