With over 30 years of experience, we supply and install products such as toilet partitions, wall protection, fire protection, lockers, window treatments, and more, serving hospitals, universities, and commercial businesses across New England and beyond.
Role Overview: Due to growth, we are looking for an Inside Sales Representative to help manage a large influx of inbound leads and communicate with General Contractors. This is an individual contributor role focused on following up, negotiating, and closing bids. The territory includes Florida and New York, and all communication will be done over the phone—no travel required.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and close inbound leads from General Contractors.
- Follow up on bids and negotiate terms to win contracts.
- Work with the Business Developer to receive and act on leads.
- Handle bids ranging from $20K to $20M.
- Communicate effectively with contractors to ensure timely bid closure.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial construction, particularly with Division 10 (toilet partitions, lockers, signage) and/or Division 12 (window treatments).
- Ability to read and understand architectural plans, specifications, and addenda.
- Experience with On Center Takeoff software is preferred.
- Strong negotiation skills, organizational ability, and deadline management.
