Outside Sales Representative

Our client specializes in self-feeding screw guns, fasteners, and a range of related products. As an engineering-oriented business with 31 years of experience in Canada, they are currently in a growth phase, expanding their reach globally. Their customer base includes suppliers, specialty tool stores, construction companies, retail businesses, dealers, distributors, and direct sales to businesses. Focused on providing solution-based sales, the company is now seeking a highly motivated and proactive hunter to join their team as an Outside Sales Representative for the Houston market.

Responsibilities

• Expand business operations by hunting net new business
• Collaborate with your team to achieve success and drive results
• Cultivate strong, enduring relationships and partnerships
• Exercise a solutions-based selling approach
• Travel will be expected, 30%

Requirements

• Proven experience in outside sales/ hunting/ business development
• Experience in prospecting and nurturing sales
• Industry knowledge is a plus!
• Proficient in solution-based selling
