Compensation Snapshot:
- $70K–$90K base salary uncapped commission
- $1M in sales = $100K–$120K total earnings
- $4M in sales = $190K–$210K
- $10M in sales = $370K–$390K
What You’ll Do:
- Build and manage a book of clients (ideal freight spend: $250K–$1M/year)
- Source, close, and manage truckload and expedited freight shipments
- Coordinate carrier assignments and track shipments from pickup to delivery
- Provide proactive communication and high-touch customer service
- Travel to meet with clients every 6–8 weeks as needed
What You Bring:
- 3 years of experience in non-asset freight brokerage
- An active book of business ($2M /year preferred)
- Strong customer relationships built on service, not price
- Experience with cradle-to-grave operations and sales

Salary : $1,000 - $250,000
